2024 Season Details
We are excited to get into the 2024 season and continue to play the sport we all love! This year we have some exciting things coming and some annual favorites.
What you need to know:
- Registration is open now! Register at https://xplorer.rugby/predator-rugby. Send any questions to info@predatorrugbyclub.org
- January 6, 2024, for HS players we will be hosting clinics and end each session with some touch at Strikers Fox Valley Soccer Club.
- January 20th and 27th for our Middle School Players (Ages 10-14) We will be hosting Touch Rugby each. This is a great time to bring a friend and get them introduced to the sport sign-up here.
- February 3, 2024 pre-season training begins for all levels! Rookies, U13, U15 and HS from 7 – 8 PM at Strikers Fox Valley Soccer Club
- Beginning in February we will be holding our Try rugby days, which is a great opportunity to welcome new youth players (5-14) so when we get promo items please share with your network.
- Our BBQ fundraiser will be in April this year, we had such a great time and turnout we are looking to do it again but even better. If you’re willing to help out, please send us a message at info@predatorrugbyclub.org.
- Our outing at the Chicago Hounds was such a great time we will be doing that again this year and pick a date once the schedule is out, who knows maybe we’ll even do a bus!
We need help with our communications!
We are looking for some volunteers to help with email, website and social media to improve our communications and help grow our club. If you or you know someone willing to lend a few hours each month, please have them reach out to info@predatorrugbyclub.org
- Social Media help will consist of creating posts (using Canva) on our events, festival and matches and some pictures or videos we get. Creativity is key here.
- Email and Website help will consist of creating posts and updating the calendar as well as drafting emails that go out to everyone. Good writing skills are needed and a willingness to loan an hour or so each week.
